When will the first Jewish Art Days take place?

The first Jewish Art Days will take place between May 28 and June 14, 2016. The events will be held at several locations.

 

Where can I buy tickets for the Jewish Art Days?

Tickets are available at the www.zsidomuveszetinapok.hu and www.jegy.hu websites, at the Jewinform pavilion next to the Dohány Street Synagogue (1074 Budapest, Dohány utca 2.), and at Interticket’s nationwide network. For a list of the ticket offices see:

Can I buy tickets for the Jewish Art Days at the actual location of the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets at every location both for the given event and for any of the other events. Except of course if an event is sold out. Please have a look at our website before coming to an event: www.zsidomuveszetinapok.hu

 

What are the opening times of the Jewinform pavilion ticket office?

Opening times of the Jewinform pavilion next to the Dohány Street Synagogue:

Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

On Saturdays and holidays: Closed

 

Where is the Interticket ticket office located?

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes, at the www.zsidomuveszetinapok.hu and www.jegy.hu websites.

Please be aware that you will receive an email confirmation regarding tickets bought online, and you will have to print out this confirmation (not the email, but the .pdf file at the link inserted in the email).

 

Is a seat reservation included in the ticket?

At certain events the tickets are for a given seat, but at others you can sit down on a first come first served basis. You can find more detailed information regarding the seating arrangements in the description of the given event.

 

Can I pay using holiday vouchers?

Only certain Interticket ticket offices accept holiday vouchers. For a list of these offices see the website www.jegy.hu

 

Will tickets be refunded?

Tickets will only be refunded if the organizers cancel the event. In such cases tickets will be refunded before a certain deadline, which is always indicated at our website or on Facebook. Tickets will be returned at the point of purchase.

 

Can I use a bank card to pay at the Jewinform pavilion?

In addition to cash (HUF) you can pay using your bank card as well at the Jewinform pavilion.

 

Will there be any programs free of charge?

Yes, some programs are free of charge, or are subject to reservation. You can find more information about such programs at our website / under the Programs menu item.
